ABC Behavior Chart

Track antecedents, behaviors, and consequences — then print and bring to therapy.

📖 What is an ABC Chart?

An ABC chart is a behavior tracking method used by BCBAs, behavior therapists, and OTs. Antecedent = what happened before the behavior. Behavior = what it looked like. Consequence = what happened after and how people responded.

💡 Why use it?

Tracking patterns helps you identify triggers and what might accidentally reinforce challenging behaviors. Bring the printed chart to your next therapy appointment — your BCBA or therapist will have much more to work with.
